Mental Health Therapy

Our Bilingual therapists specialize in the following:

  • At CCH, our therapists provide comprehensive mental health services tailored to the needs of each individual. Our practice offers therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress management. We integrate evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and supportive counseling—to create personalized treatment plans that foster growth and healing. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, or family support, our goal is to provide compassionate, accessible care in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Conscious Uncoupling: This form of dissolution encourages couples to make a smooth and painless transition toward the next stage in their lives. It also minimizes the negative impact a traditional divorce would have on any children they may have, as well as family and friends.

  • Divorce Therapy: The end of a marriage can be a painful process for all parties involved. Most couples will find it difficult to deal with the demands, both physical and financial, in addition to coping with the wide range of emotions that occur.

  • Discernment Therapy: Discernment counseling is geared toward couples who are struggling with their marriage but are hesitant to call it quits and get a divorce. This form of therapy is a short-term solution. The focus is not on solving marital problems, but on exploring if the potential for a solution exists.

  • Social Security Disabilty Treatment: Treatment notes from mental health professionals are usually the most important source of evidence in mental disability claims. Social Security needs to see the details of your treatment, including things like your diagnosis, your symptoms, your treatment plan, your prognosis, and how you responded to every kind of treatment that the provider tried. If you were in a car accident or currently suffer from anxiety, depression or another mental health issue, then your lawyer or doctor will recommend you start with your mental health treatment.

Christian Counseling Services

Our therapists are experienced in critical incident stress management, as well as crisis intervention.

Sometimes the emotional aftershocks or stress reactions appear immediately after a traumatic event, within a few hours, or even a few days. In some cases, weeks or months may pass by before the stress reaction appears.

Being there for a person in crisis can be better than offering sound advice. The physical presence of someone who is genuinely concerned speaks volumes. People in crisis want to be able to verbalize their story and be meet where there at, without any judgements. Finding very simple and practical ways to help a person maintain routine functions is essential to the recovery process.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is a safe and evidence-based therapeutic approach that uses focused relaxation and guided imagery to access the subconscious mind. In this deeply relaxed state, clients are able to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be contributing to challenges such as anxiety, phobias, trauma, chronic pain, stress, or unwanted habits. Unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy is collaborative and client-centered—meaning you remain in full control and aware throughout the process. Our goal is to help you harness the power of your mind to create lasting change, build resilience, and support overall emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and can be integrated with other therapeutic methods for a holistic approach to healing.
